From the first visit to see the car, Jamie looked after us very well, answered all questions and was thoroughly professional. All the jobs he said would be done on the car were done, minor bodywork, a new tyre and even having the daft yellow stripes painted out of the wheels for me.
He handled all the paperwork for my personalised number plate with efficiency and humour. I felt safe buying from him, he was friendly and helpful throughout the deal and I am enjoying my 'new' electric Mini Cooper.

The owner Mark is knowledgable, helpful, and best of all, doesn't pressure you with the hard-sell sales patter. He's happy to let you take your time and guides you through everything you may need to know.

Remotely purchased a car from Mark, who answered many emails and telephone calls. The car in question had all the features that I was searching for, hence selecting this garage.
After deciding to purchase the car and pay a deposit, Mark arranged to have the car delivered to my house.
Driver and car arrived exactly on time and the car was well presented, despite having travelled 1/2 the width of the country.

He bothered to take time to answer all my questions and called again the following morning with those he was unsure of. Promises of a full service, including gearbox oil, plus a new MOT were fulfilled, plus delivery (300+ miles) on-time via Don (who was equally courteous and professional) at a reasonable rate. I was also kept fully updated of progress including a courtesy text after delivery. If you have any hesitation over distance selling then there is no need here - the car was everything it was promised to be

Highly recommend. Always been tentative when buying cars and after an awful experience at VW Plymouth with an extremely rude and obnoxious salesman almost gave up. Fortunately we found Mark's advert for a VW Tiguan on Autotrader and went to have a look as it was local. So glad we did as it was such a pleasant experience. It is not often you read about excellent service from Car Dealers, but suffice to say if you are considering a purchase, I could not recommend Mark and the team highly enough.

Not only was the car presented with a fantastic prep and finish, but the customer service from start to finish was second to none, even with a follow up just to ensure complete satisfaction.

All in all if you are looking for value for money, first class customer experience then this forecourt would be a place to visit.

Bought a car, travelled 300 miles to get it. It developed a problem after a few weeks, as they do. Called Mark, he appreciated it was impractical for me to bring it in to them and advised me to take it to a local specialist of my choice and for them to invoice him directly. Which they duly did, no quibbling, no issues, just straight down the line and friendly too. Highly recommended.

Being a mechanic I hate dealing with most salesman that talk total rubbish and havent a clue about the vehicle they are selling.
Grant was the total opposite.
Very knowledgeable , helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish.
Everything that I wanted sorting on the car was done as agreed without issue and good quality tyres fitted where necessary, not the normal budget items.
Very pleased with my purchase and would happily deal with Grant again .
